The History Of Arwin

Arwin Window Systems
Brothers Phil and Paul Schuenke carried the Arwin name proudly from 1996 through 2024, continuing a legacy that began in the 1950s under the original company, Arwin Builder Specialties. Phil joined the organization in the mid-1980s, starting as a draftsman and working his way up to Vice President through dedication, craftsmanship, and leadership. Paul’s background in automotive work made for a natural transition into the detailed world of window and door parts, repair, and replacement — and together, the two became the backbone of Arwin’s reputation for quality.
Throughout their decades of service, Phil and Paul played a role in shaping and maintaining many of the buildings and communities across Southeast Wisconsin. Their expertise, integrity, and hands-on approach helped define what customers came to expect from the Arwin name.
As of 2024, both Phil and Paul have retired into the very community they served for more than 20 years, leaving behind a legacy of trust, expertise, and local pride that Arwin Windows LLC continues to honor every day.
